My name is Jaume.
InverMind is me — and that is on purpose.
I am Jaume Recha Amo. I have been trading futures for eight years, and I spent the last full year building, testing and discarding automated strategies on NinjaTrader 8 before daring to sell the first one. I live in a village in the Catalan Pyrenees, in Cerdanya, with fewer than fifty inhabitants in winter. From here I code, trade and maintain everything you see on this website.
InverMind is not a company with offices or a marketing team. It is the trade name of a Spanish sole trader (full legal details are in the legal notice, as required by law). When you write, I answer. When something breaks, I fix it. And when a week goes badly, I publish it — in the same font size as the good ones.
Why "radical honesty"
This industry is full of smoke: impossible returns, cherry-picked screenshots, rented cars and dressed-up backtests. I swallowed part of that smoke myself during my early years, and that frustration is where this project comes from. So these are the house rules:
- I trade my own strategies with my own money. The live account you see on the results pages is mine, and I publish every trade the system executes — losers included.
- Backtest and live, always separated and labeled. Simulated is orange, real is green, and they are never mixed in the same table.
- No profitability promises. Risk disclosures sit on every page that shows results, not hidden in a PDF.
- If a strategy stops working, I say so. I already pulled one from sale for that reason, and its track record is still published.
What I do every week
Every week I export the live-account trades from NinjaTrader and append them to the results pages, without touching the ones already published. I stream on YouTube while the systems trade live. And I am an approved NinjaTrader Ecosystem vendor, with everything that implies in legal and compliance requirements.
