Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products on https://invermindslu.com. Please read them carefully before making any purchase. Acceptance of these terms is required to complete the purchase.
1. Seller identification

- Operating under the trade name InverMind

2. Products offered
InverMind commercializes software licenses for the NinjaTrader 8 platform. Products are delivered as digital licenses activated on the customer's NinjaTrader account, with no physical shipping.
2.1 License modalities
- Lifetime License: permanent access, one-time payment.
- Monthly Subscription: 30-day license, manual renewal.
3. Prices
Prices shown on the site are in euros (€). USD prices in parentheses are for informational purposes. Prices do not include VAT, which is added on the invoice according to the buyer's tax regime:
- Private customers in Spain: 21% VAT
- EU companies with VAT: no VAT (reverse charge)
- Customers outside the EU: no VAT (export)
4. Purchase process
- The customer requests the purchase by email to invermindslu@gmail.com.
- InverMind responds with availability confirmation, proforma invoice and payment details.
- The customer makes the payment via bank transfer.
- Once payment is confirmed, InverMind activates the license on the customer's NinjaTrader account and sends installation instructions by email.
- Activation is carried out within a maximum of 24 business hours from payment confirmation.
5. Payment methods
We accept payments exclusively by bank transfer. Bank details are provided in the proforma invoice.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
6.1 Loss of right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 103.m of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), and consistent with EU Directive 2011/83, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to the supply of digital content once execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer.
For InverMind, this means that once the license has been activated on your NinjaTrader account and credentials have been delivered, you lose the standard 14-day EU right of withdrawal.
By making the purchase, you expressly accept this condition.
6.2 Refund for technical defect
Notwithstanding the above, we guarantee the correct functioning of the software as described. In case of demonstrable irreparable technical defect that prevents the use of the product as described, we will issue a full refund after case analysis.
The customer must notify any technical defect to invermindslu@gmail.com within a maximum of 30 days from license activation, providing detailed information.
6.3 What does NOT give right to refund
- Customer's change of mind after activation
- Financial losses arising from using the software in real markets
- Technical failures outside the software (broker, connection, NinjaTrader platform, data feed)
- Lack of capital, excessive drawdown or inadequate risk management by the customer
- Trading results that do not meet customer expectations
7. Software license of use
The purchase grants the customer a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the acquired software, tied to their NinjaTrader account.
The following is expressly prohibited:
- Reselling, transferring or assigning the license to third parties
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling the software
- Distributing, publishing or sharing the code or binary
- Modifying the software or creating derivative works
Non-compliance will result in immediate license revocation without refund and may lead to legal action.
8. Monthly subscription
Monthly licenses are prepaid and renewed manually: the customer must pay the fee before the expiration of each 30-day period. If not renewed, the license deactivates automatically upon expiration.
The customer can cancel the subscription at any time by simply not paying. There is no cancellation penalty.
9. Limitation of liability
InverMind does not guarantee economic results of any kind. Trading futures involves high risk and can generate losses exceeding the initial investment. The customer is solely responsible for:
- Investment decisions made using the software
- The capital used to trade
- Their ability to handle product drawdown
- The correct operation of their hardware, internet connection, broker and NinjaTrader platform

10. Support and communication
Technical support is offered by email at invermindslu@gmail.com with a commitment to respond within 48 business hours. Support covers:
- Installation or activation issues
- Software technical defects
- Product operation clarifications
Support does NOT cover financial advice or trading recommendations.
11. Dispute resolution
In case of dispute, the parties agree to attempt amicable resolution. If not possible:
- For EU consumers: you can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
- For customers in Spain: the courts of the consumer's domicile.
- For customers outside the EU: the courts of Lleida, Spain.
12. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law and EU consumer protection legislation when applicable.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Modifications apply only to future purchases and are published on this page with the update date.
