- NinjaTrader Group, LLC: your email is used solely to activate the product license in their system. NinjaTrader processes this data according to its own privacy policy.
- Google (Analytics): anonymized browsing data, only if you accept cookies. Transfer to USA covered by EU Commission standard clauses.
- Tax authorities and accountants: legal obligation in Spain.
- Public authorities: when legally required.
7. International transfers
Some providers (Google, NinjaTrader) are located outside the European Economic Area. These transfers have appropriate safeguards under Articles 44-49 of the GDPR.
